Have you ever felt like a problem is lurking in the shadows, just waiting to get bigger and scarier? 🤔
Jordan B. Peterson once said, "Face your dragons voluntarily while they're still small." 🐲 This quote resonates with me because I’ve repeated this mistake so often. The avoided conflict at work, not speaking up in certain situations or in general avoiding situations you deem to be too uncomfortable ‘right now’. The excuses we give ourselves to not confront our dragons only feed the beast more and make it grow 🎈
