I have 10 years of experience facilitating successful Lean projects in different contexts.
Demonstrated track record for leading and driving process improvements that result in higher quality and enhanced employee and customer satisfaction. Expertise in developing and executing problem-solving workshops based on several methodologies.
Valuable forward-thinking member of the management team, servant leader and coach, who drives operational performance through timely application of lean tools and management standards.
Life’s unexpected turns forced me to pivot and reconsider numerous fundamental questions, sparking my interest in coaching and team development. With an MBA in coaching, mentoring, and leadership, complemented by 12 years of practical experience, I have honed my skills in these areas. As a father of two, I understand the importance of nurturing growth and potential in others.
I have a passion for self-improvement and leadership and as part of this want to share my learnings along the way I hope to serve others in the process with in their developmental Journey.
