What is it?

How to use it?

  • Use the blank template provided, showing 10 possible hubs.
  • Make a list of 10 aspects of your work (or life). Write them in the blank template.
  • Use a stickers numbered from 1-10 and place them on the corresponding aspect, according to how much you value that part of your work (or life). 1 is lowest, 10 highest priority.
  • Think about how much time you spend on each activity.
  • Do you spend the right amount of time on the activities you value the most?
  • Could this indicate areas where you are dissatisfied?  What should you spend more/less time doing?

Rule of thumb: you should aim to spend the most time on what you value most.
